About
The problem
Al-Misbaah ran several programs under one name, each with its own look. Flyers, garments, and signage were produced independently, so nothing read as belonging to the same organization. There was no rule for what any given program should look like, which meant every new piece started from zero.
Brand architecture
The original structure organized the identity around who ran each program. We reorganized it around who each program serves, consolidating everything into three impact areas: companionship, guidance, and service. Each area received a dedicated color with defined use across print, apparel, and environmental applications. The result is that any new piece has a correct answer before design begins.
Production
I designed and produced all physical applications: merchandise pieces, apparel styles, and print and signage across all programs. This included specification and vendor handoff, taking pieces from concept through to finished goods.
Outcome
The system now covers all active programs and has been applied across the entire org. Volunteers and staff can identify which area a piece belongs to on sight, and new materials can be produced without redesigning the system each time.
